Get close to enemies, bathe in what comes out of them, and you heal. Hang back and play it safe? You die. The game forces aggression, punishes passivity, and rewards players who commit to brutal, nonstop offense. Every level is a gauntlet of demons, undead, and other machines that do not slow down, so neither can you.
Weapons each carry multiple variants, and switching between them mid-combat is the whole game. You earn style points the more creative and relentless your killing gets, and those points translate into upgrades between missions. Levels are built around Dante’s Inferno, so the environments shift dramatically as you push deeper, from cold machine ruins to screaming hellscapes. Hidden secrets are buried everywhere, and optional challenges push past the already demanding base difficulty.
