In Lost in Tandem Highly Compressed, the two characters play completely differently from each other, and that gap is the whole point. The girl can climb, interact with the environment, and physically pilot the Mech-ute by mounting it, which is how the robot gains new abilities as you progress. You are solving puzzles across five chapters, each set in a distinct biome, and the game never rushes you. There is no timer, no pressure, no combat. Solo players can jump in too by switching control between both characters, though the game was clearly designed with a second person in mind.
